This Policy applies to arees.com.ua, its booking and callback forms, and related communication about group and private passenger transfers. The controller is sole proprietor Illia Serhiiovych Rysai, tax number 3820000516. AREES is the service's trade name and is not a separate data controller.

2. Data we receive

When you submit a request or contact us, we may receive your name, telephone number, route, travel date, number of passengers, comments, baggage or address details, and your selected transfer type. Please provide another person's data only when you are authorised to do so.

The website may also process technical information such as IP address, device and browser data, requested pages, referrer, campaign and UTM parameters, and security verification results.

3. Why and on what basis we process data

Data is used to answer requests, select and organise a route, confirm a booking, communicate service changes, protect the forms from abuse, meet legal duties and improve advertising performance. Processing is based on steps taken at your request, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests and, where required, consent.

4. Recipients and international processing

We may share only the data required to provide the service with the selected carrier, driver, route partner, hosting and messaging providers, security services, professional advisers and public authorities where required by law.
