Public Offer Agreementfor arranging and providing passenger transfer services

1. Parties and acceptance

This public offer is made by sole proprietor Illia Serhiiovych Rysai, tax number 3820000516, who provides and/or arranges services through AREES. AREES is a trade name and is not a separate party. Submitting a request does not itself guarantee a seat. The contract is concluded when the route, date, price and availability are confirmed by the manager and accepted by the customer.

2. Service and booking

The service is a group or private passenger transfer, including permitted baggage, on an agreed route. The customer must provide accurate contact, route, passenger and travel details. The manager may request additional information needed for border crossing, safety or service performance.

3. Price and payment

Website prices are indicative unless expressly confirmed. The final amount depends on route, date, number of seats, private or group format, pickup address, baggage and other agreed conditions. Payment method, currency, deposit and deadline are communicated before confirmation. Bank and conversion fees may be charged by the customer's payment provider.

4. Changes, cancellation and refunds

The customer should notify AREES of a change or cancellation as early as possible. Refund and rescheduling terms depend on the time remaining before departure, expenses already incurred and the selected carrier's conditions. If the provider or carrier cancels a confirmed trip and no acceptable replacement is offered, amounts paid for the unavailable service are returned as required by law.

5. Passenger obligations

Passengers must arrive at the agreed place on time, follow safety instructions, use seat belts, respect other passengers and the vehicle, and carry valid documents required for the trip. Smoking, unlawful goods, dangerous behaviour and interference with the driver are prohibited. Service may be refused where safe transport cannot reasonably be provided.

6. International travel and baggage

Each passenger is responsible for passports, visas, permits, insurance and compliance with border and customs rules. Border waiting times are outside the provider's control. Standard baggage is carried within the agreed allowance; oversized, valuable, fragile items and animals must be agreed in advance.

7. Schedule and replacement vehicle

Departure and arrival times are estimates affected by traffic, borders, weather, official restrictions and passenger-requested stops. For operational or safety reasons, a vehicle or carrier may be replaced with a reasonably equivalent option. We will inform passengers of material changes when practicable.

8. Liability and force majeure

Each party is liable within the limits established by applicable law and for loss caused by its own breach. The provider is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including border closures, government action, hostilities, severe weather, road incidents or network failures. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

9. Personal data and communications

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. The customer agrees that trip-related confirmations and operational notices may be sent through the telephone number or messenger they provide.

10. Disputes, details and governing version
